Application intake
Issuers submit asset details, location, and supporting documents through a guided flow. Choose a template, attach KYB documents, and request service providers for valuation, inspection, or legal work.
Asset diligence
Operators assign tasks to professionals. Valuers, inspectors, and lawyers submit deliverables while issuers respond to requests and upload evidence with full status tracking.
Structuring
After diligence, terms are structured for the selected template. Operators and admins configure fees, lockups, and milestone logic before the offering is issued.
Compliance review
The full dossier, KYB status, and all task outcomes are reviewed. Applications are approved, rejected, or sent back for more info with auditable decisions and timestamps.
Offering issuance
Approved applications become tokenized offerings with raise targets, dates, and ticket sizes. Once approved and opened, offerings appear in the investor marketplace.
Investor subscriptions
Investors complete KYC, browse open offerings, and subscribe. Subscriptions can move through payment pending, paid, cancellation, and refund states safely.
Servicing and distributions
For rental-yield offerings, operators approve investor distributions. For developer financing, milestones are verified and tranches released with reconciliation support.
Exit and reporting
At maturity or exit, final actions are recorded. Event logs, notifications, and reporting endpoints provide a reliable audit trail for every participant.
